The EPS shredding machine is a machine to make flocks/flakes from EPS (polystyrene) foam blocks for applications of pillows and for further recycling as extrusion pelletizing.
The machine can also reduce the volume of the EPS (polystyrene) foam for an easier and cheaper transport.. Wheter is packing material, insulation boards, modelling waste, or thermo-moulding of EPS sheets of framework shapes, the machine shreds the great pieces in smaller flakes from 20 to 50 mm.

As the EPS shredding machine works:
Throw EPS (polystyrene) waste in the hopper of the machine.
The knives of the shredding machine break EPS (polystyrene) foam parts in smaller pieces.
An optional screen under the demolition chamber riddles the flakes of size to 25/40/60 mm.
EPS flakes are collected in plastic sacks.
As result, you obtain small pieces of EPS flakes to be used for various applications or for use in compactors.

Our EPS (polystyrene) shredding machines break EPS foam boxes or other, EPS sheets, EPP blocks and XPS foam boards in smaller pieces from 20 to 60 mm of diameter.
Feeding sizes from 500 to 1200 mm.
The pieces triturated like this will take less space in store, and this will facilitate the further process of compacting and extrusion pelletizing..
